How frequent are the emails?
The real-time plan (¥500/month) sends at most one email per day, and only on days where a matching change is detected. Quiet days send nothing. The free monthly digest goes out on the first of each month with the previous month's changes summarised in a single email.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal.
How is my data handled?
Your email, corporate number, industry, and prefecture are used only to scope alert delivery. We do not share with third parties. Details in the privacy policy.
Are the sources reliable?
Every alert links to the primary source (ministries, JFC, prefectures, e-Gov, NTA, the courts). Aggregator and second-hand sources are excluded. source_fetched_at tells you when we retrieved each row.
How do I switch between digest and real-time?
Move from digest to real-time via Stripe Checkout. To move back, cancel the real-time subscription and re-subscribe to the digest using the same email. There are no tier ranks — only delivery cadence differs.
