How revenue share works

A single mechanism applies to every partner. Full spec: partner_referral_mechanism.md.

Item Detail
Per-user price ¥3 / req (excl. tax; ¥3.30 incl. tax). Referral channels pay the same price — discounts are never granted.
Referral share 10% of metered revenue (Anthropic Directory is the only exception at 0%).
Payout method Stripe Connect Transfer or domestic bank transfer. No minimum payout.
Cycle Monthly close at 23:59 JST on the last day of the month; payout 17:00 JST on the last day of the following month.
Request count Only billable, successful requests made through paid API keys. The anonymous 50 req/month free quota and 4xx responses are excluded.
Qualified invoice AutonoMath (Bookyou Inc., T8010001213708) issues a payment notice that doubles as a 適格請求書 (qualified invoice).
Penalties / minimum term None. A month with 0 req simply skips the transfer (¥0 payout).

Worked example

A user acquired through the freee Marketplace runs 20,000 requests in one month:

Partnership principles

  • Self-serve only. Sales calls, individual contracts, paper memoranda, and Slack Connect are permanently off the table. Operations sit on Stripe's standard ToS only.
  • ¥3/req, fully uniform. Partner channels do not unlock discounts — the referral fee is absorbed by AutonoMath as a cost.
  • Logos appear only after legal sign-off. Current placeholders are temporary and will be replaced once each partner has granted consent.
  • Pass-through data. Accounting, HR, or record data flowing in via partner channels is never persisted on AutonoMath servers — it is consumed as a query parameter and discarded.
  • Solo ops. AutonoMath is operated by Shigetoshi Umeda alone. No individually negotiated SLA / DPA, no 24/7 phone support — everything runs through self-service docs and email.
  • Organic only. No advertising, no sales activity. Partnerships are inbound self-serve. The "Featured Partner" label is only used after explicit consent (景表法 compliance).
